The advanced Melting Production line is mainly constituted with 8tons & 12tons Vacuum consumable Arc Furnaces (ALD), Automatic Weighing & Mixing System (Consarc), 5000tons Oil Press (TZ), and Vacuum Plasma welding Box etc. The Titanium and its alloy ingot can be produced with 1~12tons in single weight and 360mm~1020mm in diameter. The capability is 8000tons per year.
